These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the luckiest platform at https://luckiest.bid. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the platform. By creating an account or continuing to use luckiest, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the luckiest platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the member) and luckiest. They apply to all platform features including sports betting, live casino, bingo, slot online, the VIP program, promotions, and any other services offered through luckiest now or in the future.
luckiest reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Account Creation and Security
Each member may hold only one account on luckiest. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, luckiest reserves the right to close all accounts involved and void any associated balances or pending transactions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. luckiest will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account details secure.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify luckiest immediately at [email protected]. You should also change your password immediately. Do not share your password with anyone. luckiest staff will never ask for your password directly.
All account balances on luckiest are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonuses are all processed in PHP.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered member of luckiest, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use any bot, script, or automated tool.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods to fund your account.

Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on luckiest are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. luckiest does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. luckiest reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches the member's registered account details.
Bonus funds, where applicable, are subject to separate wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Funds obtained through fraudulent means will not be eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
luckiest provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
luckiest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss including loss of profits, gaming funds, or data arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that member's account at the time of the relevant incident.
All content on the luckiest platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, design, and software — is the intellectual property of luckiest or its licensors. Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
luckiest reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Detection of duplicate accounts or account sharing.
- Request by the account holder to close their own account.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, luckiest may withhold any pending balances pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the member in good standing, legitimate balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.
8. Changes to These Terms and Applicable Law
luckiest may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with the date of revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the luckiest platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts or such regulatory bodies as may have authority over the matter.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure by luckiest to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
